Idan Finkelstein

Idan has extensive experience in Private Equity Real Estate and Financial Markets. In 2006, he started his career at a Real Estate Investment Firm which invests globally in various markets. Since 2015, Idan managed business development and investors relations for a Private Equity Real Estate Fund, which invests mainly in southeastern United States. During Idan's 3.5 years of managing two funds and addressing the needs of high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors in Israel and abroad for this company, the company grew to become a prominent name in the market.
Prior to this, Idan managing the Foreign Currency Department for Citibank Tel Aviv. During his five years with Citibank, Idan acquired extensive experience in corporate banking via his work overseeing all foreign currency transactions, managing relations and current reports to the AML Authorities.
Idan earned his BA in Economics from the Tel Aviv University.
Orni Shmuly
Managing Partner, Greece Office
Orni, a lawyer by profession, started his real estate investment career in Israel by identifying opportunities in small cities in northern Israel following the 2008 economic crisis. He acquired, renovated and sold multiple properties with notable success. In 2015, Orni began looking for real estate investment opportunities overseas and settled on Athens, which was still deep in its economic crisis. Orni started acquiring properties for his friends and family in Athens. He slowly expanded the array of services he provided to his investors to include locating the suitable property, managing the property throughout its holding period, and assisting in selling the property.
From 2012 to 2015, Orni worked at Citibank Tel Aviv in the Foreign Currency Department, acquiring in-depth knowledge of the global banking industry and corporate banking by managing all foreign currency transfers, AML reporting and foreign trade in the branch.
Orni holds a law degree from Ono Academic College.
